# Otis over **leiderschap**, **talent** en **de mens** achter de rol

In deze blogs schrijf ik over de plekken waar ontwikkeling begint: daar waar het schuurt, stokt of juist begint te stromen. Soms vanuit wat ik zie in organisaties, soms vanuit een training of coachgesprek, soms vanuit een ander gesprek dat blijft hangen. Steeds weer met oog voor het grotere geheel.

Je leest hier over leidinggeven aan jezelf, over talenten en patronen, en over wat er gebeurt als iemand zichzelf beter leert kennen. Over leiders die ruimte maken en teams die leren kijken naar hun eigen rol. En over wat er nodig is voor verandering die niet oppervlakkig blijft.

Geen stappenplannen. Wel echte verhalen, scherpe vragen en af en toe iets dat je misschien liever niet had geweten over jezelf.
